Regular meetings of the Local Marketing District Board of Directors are normally conducted at 6 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month in the conference room located at 1230 Big Thompson Avenue. Some deviations from that schedule do occur. Meeting information is also posted on the bulletin board outside the Hondius Room at the Estes Valley Library no less than 24 hours prior to all meetings.
In line with Visit Estes Park's objectives for 2018 the Board of Directors adopted policy-based governance in April 11, 2018. View the full policy manual here.
