Regular meetings of the Local Marketing District Board of Directors are normally conducted at 6 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month, virtually via a link provided on this page for each meeting. Some deviations from that schedule do occur. Meeting information is also posted on the bulletin board outside the Hondius Room at the Estes Valley Library no less than 24 hours prior to all meetings.
