November 2025 Events in Estes Park

The holidays in Estes Park kick off with the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony! Join us for festive live music, Santa photo ops, holiday crafting, horse-drawn wagon rides, hot chocolate and more. Stick around for the official lighting at 5:30 p.m. All activities are free of charge. The annual Catch the Glow Parade will brighten Estes Park at 5:30 p.m. the day after Thanksgiving. Each year, as many as 20,000 people line Elkhorn Avenue to watch more than 40 custom floats, marching bands, fire trucks and other specialty vehicles make their way through downtown Estes Park. Old Saint Nick himself will make an appearance and bring generous amounts of joy and excitement to all. Join the YMCA of the Rockies on Thanksgiving morning for the annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk! Get out and get active before celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday. Walkers and strollers are welcome to participate in the race. Dogs are also welcome as long as they remain on a leash. Estes Park Quota Festival of Trees Kick-off, where you can enjoy hot cocoa and homemade cookies and visit with Santa while you browse the Festival of Trees at The Estes Park Resort! Purchase chances to win your favorite tree. Trees will be displayed until mid-December when the drawing will be held.

The Rocky Mountain Craft Sprits Festival, is a Celebration of Colorado Craft Distilleries and our mountain Bluegrass Music. Join us for a spirit-sippin’ - foot-stompin’ afternoon of sampling from over 25 distilleries, bluegrass bands on multiple indoor and outdoor stages, bar games, vendors, food trucks, and more. Get ready to unwind and sip your way into the holiday spirit at the Estes Park Holiday Wine Fest ! Join us at the Estes Park Events Complex for unlimited wine samplings, Santa selfies and a wine-tastic time! 

Check out the First Friday Art Groove to take a free tour of local art galleries! Various locations will serve food and refreshments and host artist meet-and-greets, demonstrations, a show opening and live music.
