The Manager/Director of Finance & Administration is a strategic leader who oversees Visit Estes Park's financial operations, administrative functions, and organizational compliance, ensuring the long-term financial health and operational effectiveness of the organization.

This position manages budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance while supporting informed decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting. The role also helps maintain administrative continuity by overseeing policies, contracts, records management, employee onboarding, and organizational systems.
