Quinn Brett:
Development Director / Unite 2 Fight Paralysis
Quinn Brett is a former Rocky Mountain National Park climbing ranger and professional climber known for groundbreaking ascents in Yosemite and Patagonia. After a climbing accident left her paralyzed in 2017, she became a leading advocate for accessible outdoor recreation. Today, she works to expand inclusive access to public lands and serves as Development Director for Unite 2 Fight Paralysis.

Quayla Allen-Comella
Founder and Principal Consultant / Wynn & Noble
Quayla Allen-Comella is an independent consultant specializing in inclusive placemaking, tourism, and community engagement. Named a DEIA Visionary by the Los Angeles Times, she helps destinations and organizations connect with diverse audiences through strategy, culture, and belonging. She is the founder of Wynn & Noble and a recognized leader in inclusive tourism.

Malachy Sundstrom:
Partner Care Manager / Wheel the World
Malachy Sundstrom is the Partner Care Manager at Wheel the World, where he helps destinations and businesses map, verify, and promote accessibility information. Drawing on his experience as an accessibility mapper, he leads partner onboarding, training, and outreach, helping tourism organizations and businesses better serve travelers with disabilities.

Zach Zehr:
Owner / Estes Park Mountain Shop
Zach Zehr is the owner of the Estes Park Mountain Shop, an outdoor retail and recreation hub featuring a climbing gym, service shop, and bike rentals. An avid climber, cyclist, and paddler, Zach is passionate about building community through outdoor recreation, creating programs that welcome newcomers, promote stewardship, and help more people connect with the outdoors

Brian Kaepplinger:
Co-Founder / KEP Expeditions Programs
Brian Kaepplinger is co-founder of KEP Expeditions Programs, a nonprofit providing adaptive hiking, fly-fishing, and camping experiences in the Estes Valley. A former river guide and adaptive ski instructor, he advocates for expanded outdoor access and a fully funded adaptive recreation program to help make Estes Park a leader in inclusive outdoor adventure.

Kaci Yoh:
Communications Manager / Rocky Mountain Conservancy
Kaci Yoh is the Communications Manager at Rocky Mountain Conservancy, the nonprofit partner of Rocky Mountain National Park. A longtime writer and storyteller, she connects people to conservation through communications, philanthropy, and community engagement. Her work helps inspire support for the park and its programs while fostering deeper connections to the outdoors.
