Rocky Mountain Mugolio, LLC produces unique, high-quality syrups, called mugolio, made from young pine cones. We use traditional Italian techniques and maple syrup technology adapted for Colorado's numerous native pine species. Our syrups age for at least a month to extract the natural essence, flavor complexity, and richness of the pine variety.
