With over 20,000 square feet of space and full-scale amenities including room blocks and group activities, we cater to everything from intimate gatherings to grand galas. This large, versatile meeting space can be broken down into as many as six separate areas depending on your needs, and a variety of smaller rooms are available for staging seminars or breakout sessions. A number of foyer and lounge areas encircle the main meeting space, and are available for hosting breaks and receptions. Alternatively, if you are planning a more intimate gathering, Trail Ridge (1,560 square feet) and Lake Estes (770 square feet) are located separate from the Grand Ballroom area, and are ideal for groups ranging from 18 to 170. Are you interested in holding an event outdoors? We can do that! Our 5,600 square foot Aspen Courtyard is located just steps away, and we have a large event tent that can be set up to provide a covered seating or reception area for a variety of group sizes and configurations. Our catering staff is more than happy to service outdoor events as well if you are in the mood for a meal or reception under the stars.
