The Estes Park Visitor Center staff assist callers and walk-in customers seeking visitor information about the Estes Park area. Visitor Services distributes informational materials, operates the Visitor Center facility at 500 Big Thompson Avenue (near the intersection of US 34 & US 36) Estes Park Visitor Center to temporarily close for flooring installation! The Estes Park Visitor Center lobby and restrooms will be closed beginning Feb. 9, tentatively, for installation of new flooring. The building is expected to reopen no later than Feb. 15. During this time access to the building will not be available. Portable restrooms will be provided on-site for visitor convenience. Visitor Center staff will continue to provide assistance by phone and email during regular hours Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If work extends into Sunday, hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We appreciate your patience as we make these improvements to enhance your experience at the Estes Park Visitor Center.
