Estes Park visual artist and singer/songwriter Greg Miles was born on the island of misfit toys and raised by wolves. This had a profound effect on the work he produces – much of it unorthodox, irreverent, and contrarian. His original tunes are often tongue in cheek, with an air of sarcasm. Otherwise, he covers everything from John Prine to Nat King Cole; Townes Van Zandt to The Spice Girls (ok, not really . . . ); from blues to torch songs, and from 16th century liturgical to mexican ballads . . . depending, of course, on his audience and what type of rotten fruit they are throwing . . .
