A Luxury Mountain Retreat Rooted in Family, History, and Heart A Legacy of Craftsmanship and Character Nestled on 30 private acres overlooking the majestic Rocky Mountain National Park, Aspen Falls is a mountain retreat with a rich history and enduring spirit. The original home and hunting cabins were built in 1913 by Daniel Stearns of Stearns-Rogers Engineering in Denver. Envisioned as a family mountain lodge, the property was crafted from Douglas Fir, accented with diamond-paned leaded-glass windows, and anchored by a grand stone fireplace that continues to welcome guests today.
