Hailing all the way from Japan, and known for its high degree of marbling, Wagyu beef is without a doubt the most tender, most succulent, and best tasting beef available. The highest grade of all – A5 – is judged on four different criteria, and if any one of those criteria doesn’t meet the highest possible standard, it does not receive the prized A5 score.
On one night only, July 28, 2018, special guest Chef Steve Brown and our own Latitude 105 Alehouse will present a 9-course pairing dinner featuring authentic A5 Japanese Wagyu beef. Each course will be paired with regional beers, wine, and liquor as well as local ingredients, to combine for a unique dining experience you will be talking about for years to come!
