Hosted Friday and Saturday nights at The Lodge, Table, A Culinary Journey, is an upscale “pop-up restaurant” featuring resident and guest chefs, wine makers, brewers and distillers changing on a weekly basis. There is one community table-style seating per night with a 6:30 pm reception and dinner at 7:00 pm.

Jeffery Wall is the executive chef of Hearth & Dram, an independent restaurant concept located in the bustling Union Station area of Denver's LoDo neighborhood.

With a variety of accomplishments under his Chef's hat, including inclusion in Zaga's "30 under 30" list of top industry professionals, Table is proud to welcome Jeffery's culinary journey on February 9th and 10th 2018.

Please note: there is a maximum of 20 people per night. Five courses with pairings priced accordingly are offered at $95 per person.
