The Estes Arts District’s Presents the First Friday! Art Groove & Concert ticket Give-away Get your Groovy Gallery Travel Card and join us on Friday October 5th from 5pm – 8pm to explore your local galleries in Estes Park. 

Autumn brings golden leaves and a touch of wood smoke in the air. Come down and enjoy this fine fall eve exploring the wonderful galleries we have in the Estes Valley. There will be show openings, live music, tasty treats and artists to chat with at the galleries participating in the First Friday! Art Groove. Bring a friend or come and meet some new friends and perhaps find a delightful piece of art to take home with you. 

Collect 4 or more signatures from the participating galleries on the Groovy Gallery Travel Card for a chance to win two VIP tickets to this phenomenal duo in a collaboration of Gypsy Jazz – Choro Guitar.  More event details at www.estesartsdistrict.org

Open Studio - award winning artists Mary Frankel, E. Melinda Morrison and Judy Crow will have Plein Air paintings of the Estes Valley and surrounding areas available for purchase. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.

This show features photographer Del Hope and his show “2 D Potpourri”. Come down and enjoy seeing this wonderful photography. Tasty snacks and refreshments served.

Meet the artist Erik Stensland and help celebrate the release of his new book, “Whispers in the Wilderness” which has recently won four awards. Warm Drinks and Handmade treats will be served during this event.

Live Jazz concert with Max Wagner (Sax) and Stu MacAskie (piano) plus meet Brooke Connor.  Brooke is a very talented Boulder-based fine artist. She uses primarily Copic Markers to create vivid and eye-popping representations of all kinds of animals. Her pencil sketches start out semi-realistic so that the animal is recognizable and familiar. Colors are exaggerated and shapes defined. Curves are accentuated. Eyes are expressive.

Come out for some tasty snacks and refreshments while enjoying music and beautiful artwork. You never know what you might see during this Fun town-wide art event.

Art Happening at Barlow Plaza

(outside Poppy's Pizza & Grill and Mama Rose's) 

Cassie Vendegna will be helping to create one of a kind original art pieces to be donated and auctioned at the EVICS Art Gala Fundraising event coming up Nov. 9th. Come down for this fun family activity.

This is a Community and Children’s Art Project partnership with local artists and EVICS –Estes Valley Investment in Childhood Success.
