This four-course dinner at Twin Owls Steakhouse celebrates all things chocolate, to whet your appetite for the Estes Park Wine and Chocolate Festival on Saturday. Chef Rich Sickler has created an innovative menu featuring chocolate in each course. Experience the savory side of cocoa along with a truly spectacular dessert! Each course is matched with a wine from Snowy Peaks Winery to enhance the flavors of the dish.
