Learn to capture the delicate beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park’s infinitely varied wildflowers with expert photography instructor, Bob Dean. The creation of beautiful, strong images is a combination of art and technique. You’ll learn to use the creative controls on a camera and the guidelines of photographic composition to capture gorgeous images of wildflowers and other plants. Participants will also learn how to use light to their advantage and discuss various techniques for composing images. This course is designed for beginner and intermediate photographers, and users of a variety of camera types are welcome!
This will be a two-part course where you’ll learn to capture detailed images of the flora of the Rocky Mountains. Instructor Bob Dean will lead participants through a virtual classroom session on Friday evening. We’ll then spend a full day in Rocky Mountain National Park on Saturday traveling together in Conservancy vehicles to capture more intimate summer moments at a variety of locations throughout the park.
