- $125 per person, $62.50 prepaid deposit will be applied toward final bill
Class participants will gather with Chef Thomas at 5:30, review the plan for the evening, prepare the elements of the class together and enjoy eating at the conclusion. Please come ready to use sharp knives, be around hot items, wear clothing that can get soiled (we will provide aprons to borrow or for you to purchase), wear closed toe shoes. Half of the payment will be taken as a deposit that is non-refundable. The final payment will be taken day of the class. An informational packet and waiver will be sent out prior to the class. A Bird’s Nest team member will be available to assist and provide beverages. The second-best part--we do the dishes!
