This year marks the 5-year anniversary of Pride in the Park, Estes Park’s hometown Pride celebration where the elevation is high, the welcome is warm, and there may be just as much flannel as glitter.
What began as a small grassroots gathering has grown into a meaningful annual weekend of visibility, inclusion, and celebration in the heart of the Rockies. Pride in the Park has become a uniquely Estes tradition... heartfelt, community-driven, and surrounded by more elk than most Pride events can claim.
The 5-year celebration will take place on Saturday, June 6 at George Hix Plaza and The Slab, featuring live music, guest speakers, vendors, community resources, and activities for all ages.
Additional weekend events include youth and adult after-parties, plus the NEW addition of a glamorous fundraiser, The Gay-LaLa, celebrating “Five Fabulous years of Pride in the Park.”
Organizers invite residents and visitors alike to come celebrate a milestone year and experience a Pride event that is proudly local, warmly welcoming, and distinctly mountain town.
