Mindfulness Meditation is a mind, heart and body practice that opens the door to awareness and clarity, calms the body, and offers balance being in the present moment to guide our creativity and life.
Taking time to slow down and quiet our busy minds, gives us a break to renew and feel more connected to ourselves.
Our time consists of:
30 minutes of sharing
15 minutes of gentle guided meditation
Closing with time for comments and questions
No experience required: just a willingness to pause, breathe, and be there.
