HOW IT GOES
We start with the basics, then dive into two different pastas. You’ll get hands-on with each shape, then cook and eat what you made!
THE MENU
EGG FETTUCCINE
with bolognese
Mix the dough, rest it, roll it out into long ribbons, and finish in a slow-simmered meat ragù.
SPINACH CAVATELLI
with garlic, lemon & herbs
Hand-shape little ridged shells from spinach dough and toss them with a bright olive oil sauce.
