Heels Confidence Dance Class with Alana - DEMO (FREE class) Monday, Dec 15 @ 6:30 PM
Tap into your energy and build confidence and strength through movement in heels. This open-level class is designed to grow with you - whether you've never worn heels in a studio or you're already comfortable and ready to level up. Alana will guide you through the fundamentals, focusing on posture, balance and body awareness to help you feel grounded and confident. From there, you'll move into beginner technique, exploring walks and transitions, before layering in more challenging combinations that emphasize dynamics, texture and storytelling. Modifications are always offered so every dancer can work at their own level. This class welcomes everyone 18+. all body types and anyone looking to build up self-esteem. Alana's heels class blends elements of contemporary and ballet technique to enhance strength, grace and comfortability in heels. While heels are encouraged, they are no required. class can absolutely be done barefoot. Above all, Alana creates a supportive space for growth, empowerment and self-expression.
