Our morning will begin with an informative lecture, illustrated by Perry’s vibrant photographs of raptors in the wild. Participants will learn about the natural history of the various diurnal raptors species who make their home in the Rockies and Front Range area. In the afternoon, participants will visit nesting areas and other spots where raptors are likely to be seen, and have a chance to photograph these incredible birds in the wild. Please note – this course begins at the Lyons Regional Library in Lyons, CO.
