Course 4: Marinated and grilled Portabella mushrooms, red thai curry beuree blanc, scallions, sun-dried tomatoes salsa, fresh mozzarella. Wine Pairing: Daou Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Course 5: American wagyu flat iron steak, wasabi truffle oil potato puree,sweet and sour brussels sprouts, sake butter sauce, caramelized ginger cherry tomatoes. Wine Pairing: Daour Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, 2017.
Course 6: Plum and Dark chocolate truffles. Wine Pairing: Daou Soul of the Lion, Red Wine, 2016
