Join us for monthly evenings of Breathwork and Sound Healing on the Full Moon at Estes Park Yoga. Immerse yourself in a transformative experience that combines the power of breath and soothing sounds.

We will begin the session by doing a short grounding meditation to settle into the space, Followed by 40-45 minutes of Breathwork and finishing off with sound therapy with crystal bowls and chimes to leave you feeling aligned and relaxed. This immersive auditory experience will help you enter a meditative state, promoting deep healing and inner harmony.

You will discover the power of the mind-body connection and directly experience the benefits of somatic work through both of these techniques.
