Batik is a form of resist painting where you draw in your designs using melted wax, then paint the fabric with vibrant colorful dyes. In this fun introductory class, you will learn some basic techniques and effects while working with the traditional tools of this unique art medium. You will be able to take your finished tapestry with you at the end of the class.
