9/11 Memorial 5K and Stair Climb to honor those lost in 2001 and to raise funds in support of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, providing resources to the families of fallen firefighters. The event will include a 5K run/walk starting at 0640, a ceremony at 0800, and the climb starting at 0840. Participants can climb up to 110 stories in honor of those who climbed the World Trade Centers in the service of others.
Crews are working to improve access to and from Rocky Mountain National Park with the Downtown Estes Loop Project.
