1. Pick Your Perfect Season:
Spring, summer, fall, or winter, Estes Park is the perfect setting for your wedding. As the basecamp for Rocky Mountain National Park, the magnificent Rocky Mountains will serve as your backdrop. Estes Park has over 20 ceremony and reception venues, with mountain views, rolling meadows, and peaceful rivers. Estes Park also offers experienced vendors to help you plan your wedding from beginning to end. Estes Park is the easy choice!

2. Choose a Venue That Speaks to You:
With so many beautiful venue options, where do you start? Many of the venues have fantastic websites, where you can view photos, reviews, and rates. It's great if you have the opportunity to make a trip to Estes Park before your big day, but some couples do book sights unseen! When planning your trip to view venues, contact the venue to make an appointment. Making an appointment will ensure a knowledgeable staff member is available to show you around and answer your questions. Venues also work together to host an open house a couple of times a year. The Estes Park Fall Bridal Show and Venue Tours will be on November 9, 2014 at Della Terra Mountain Chateau. This is a great opportunity to visit multiple venues in one day; many are set up for an event, so you can visualize your day!

3. Go Local! Work With Vendors Familiar With Estes Park:
Estes Park has many vendors, who have worked at your venue before, are familiar with the property, and have worked with the venue's staff. Choosing vendors who are familiar with your venue will ensure your wedding day will run smooth. Ask your venue if they have a preferred vendor list or visit the Estes Park Wedding Associations website or Visit Estes Park Wedding Information for list of qualified vendors in the area.

4. Research Activities in Estes Park for your Friends and Family:
Guests will be coming from near and far to celebrate your marriage. Organize group activities or provide information on things to do or local excursions for your guests. Host a Welcome Reception at you and your finance's favorite Estes Park watering hole. Meet a group for a morning hike in the Rocky Mountain National Park. Take your crew white water rafting. Organize an afternoon of horseback riding. Play a round of golf with your groomsmen or spend the day at the spa with your bridesmaids. Say thank you one last time at a farewell brunch. Show your guests the Estes Park you know and love!

5. Relax!
You have chosen one of the most beautiful destinations in the world to celebrate your marriage! Rest easy knowing you have chosen a venue and vendors that will carry out your vision. You have your family and friends by your side and at the end of the day will be married to your one true love.
