Art Galleries

A spirit of creativity runs through Estes Park like the Big Thompson River flows through the village: subtle, pervasive, uncannily suited to the scene. Artists have flocked to the region for decades, finding inspiration in the mountain setting and a public that admires their work. Today, the results of their imagination and skill line the walls of art galleries until the works find a place in your home. Styles run the gamut, from glassblowing and plein air painting to woodturning and pottery. Native American art shares space with photography, custom furniture and bronzes. With local artists and others represented, collectors are sure to find unique pieces to add to their collections throughout the year, especially during the annual Memorial Day Art Market and art shows throughout the year.
