In this highly interactive, inspirational, and fun course you will learn to look for and find the many “small wonders” in Rocky Mountain National Park. For the past 100 years, the Park has given us majestic mountain vistas, beautiful reflective lakes, iconic elk, moose, and even an occasional black bear; however, the Park also offers “small wonders” for its millions of annual visitors. You might not see all the small wonders in one visit or even on one breathtaking hike, but that is what increases the anticipation—you just never know what you’re going to see! This 3-day course offers that one opportunity to see what you can capture at the time of your visit.
Join Eli Vega on this artistic photo scavenger hunt. If you don’t see something, Eli probably will, and he will help you capture our small wonders as they pose, grow, crawl, or run around Rocky Mountain National Park. This workshop is suitable for both beginning and intermediate photographers, as he explains how he incorporates his photographic repertoire to capture the not-so-obvious. Eli will show you what he sees, when others just walk by missing some of the best prizes of one of the oldest national parks in the United States.
