All-levels community yoga class on the first Friday of every month. No experience necessary. All are welcome. We provide mats and props, just arrive in comfortable clothing.
Beginning in May, Kirtan will follow community yoga. Enjoy one hour of a musical experience that is based on ancient chants and has the ability to quiet the mind if listened to with intention. The wallah (leader) sings the mantra and the audience sings it back. As you sing with each other you experience a deep connection with the musicians, other participants, and yourself. When the music stops, your mind is quiet.
